Job Brief: Oversee care plans and coordinate daily support services for residents. Acts as the bridge between caregivers, residents, and families to ensure personalized, holistic, and high-quality care delivery.

Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare, social work, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in assisted living or senior care environments
